At LOVL StudioZ, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return guidelines below.

Returns

    •    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

    •    Any item showing signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Sale items

    •    Pre-orders

    •    Limited drops

    •    Gift cards

    •    Undergarments or worn items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

    •    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    •    If return is due to customer preference (size, change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

We only replace items if:

    •    The wrong item was shipped

    •    The item arrived damaged

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
